Registration Information

To register for the conference, you have several options available:

Register for the Conference Only: Begin by selecting the appropriate registration period and choosing your eligible registration category (General, Student, Volunteer, Daily). This will guide you through the standard conference registration process. If you do not wish to register for a symposium, simply select "None" in both the Full-Day and Half-Day symposium session drop-down menus.

Register for the Conference with a Symposium: Follow the same steps outlined above to register for the conference. During the registration process, you will have the option to add a symposium. Use the drop-down menus to select the Full-Day and/or Half-Day symposium sessions you wish to attend.

Register for a Symposium Without Attending the Conference: Select the appropriate registration period and choose the registration category "Symposium Attendee Only." This option allows you to register exclusively for one or more symposiums. You may then select the Full-Day and/or Half-Day symposium sessions you wish to participate in.

Exhibitor and Extra Exhibitor Registration: If you are an exhibitor not attending the full conference and only require access to the exhibit hall, please select "Exhibitor" or "Extra Exhibitor" from the registration category drop-down menu.

If you are an exhibitor who does plan to attend the full conference, please register using the "General" registration category and enter your exhibitor discount code during registration to access the reduced exhibitor conference rate. This ensures you receive full access to conference sessions while benefitting from the discounted rate available to exhibitors.

Additional Evening of Entertainment Tickets: A limited number of tickets are available for the Evening of Entertainment. Conference attendees may add a ticket to their registration on a first-come, first-served basis. These tickets provide access to the evening event and can be selected during registration.

Thursday, October 23, 2025 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Half-Day)	Growing Volunteer Capacity: An Introduction to Training Competent Volunteer Navigators Volunteer navigation is a growing compassionate community intervention supporting those with declining health. The purpose of this workshop is to provide an interactive experience with the education designed to prepare volunteers for navigation in home-like settings. Full Refund until May 31, 2025:

Refunds will be issued in full for requests received on or before May 31, 2025. Requests must be submitted in writing to conference@chpca.ca. Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund.

Partial Refund (with processing fee) until August 31, 2025:

Partial refunds (50%) will be issued for requests received between June 1 and August 31, 2025. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. No refunds will be issued after August 31, 2025. Requests must be submitted in writing to conference@chpca.ca. Please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund.

No Refund (transfer allowed) on or after September 1, 2025:

No refunds will be issued for requests received on or after September 1, 2025. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your registration to another person. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.

Transfer Requests:

Transfers requested on or before July 31, 2025 will be processed free of charge. Transfers requested on or after August 1, 2025 are subject to a $75 fee. Transfers requested within seven (7) business days of the event may result in delayed access to registration materials and may require additional onsite steps. CHPCA will make every effort to accommodate these requests as quickly as possible.

Event Postponement or Cancellation:

If the event is rescheduled, your registration will be honoured on the new date or refunded at CHPCA’s discretion. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.
