Become a CHPCA Associate or Affiliate  

Join your local provincial hospice palliative care association and automatically become an Associate (for individuals) or Affiliate (for groups) member of CHPCA.  



Joint membership enhances legitimacy of the hospice palliative care movement in Canada.

National Hospice Palliative Care Week 

Takes place the first full week of May, every year. 


National Children’s Hospice Palliative Care Day 

Takes place on the second Thursday in October, every year. 


National Grief and Bereavement Day 

Takes place on the third Tuesday in November, every year. 


Hike for Hospice 

An annual fundraising event hosted by and for hospices across the country from spring through fall.
