The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association Conference (CHPCA Conference) is the country’s premier hospice palliative care conference. The 2025 conference was held in Nanaimo, BC at the Vancouver Island Conference from Thursday, October 23 until Saturday, October 25 and included several pre-conference symposiums.
