Canadian Compassionate Companies (CCC) Application

To become a certified CCC, complete the application below and attach the relevant portions of your Human Resources policies for CHPCA to review for certification. The approval process takes 4-6 weeks.

Certification Criteria
To be eligible for the CCC Certification, your company must meet 5 of the 8 following criteria.
1. Your company has a HR policy that endorses the Compassionate Care Benefit (CCB) and informs employees who may not be aware of this benefit.
