The South Shore Hospice Palliative Care Society was formed in 2018, by a group of citizens with a vision for quality and compassionate end of life care for the residents of Lunenburg and Queens counties.
Through the generosity of our donors and in partnership with the Nova Scotia Health Authority Palliative Care team, we support and promote compassionate care for individuals and their loved ones who are living with a life-limiting illness.
