We can assist you in developing a support network by: helping you discover the palliative contacts in your area; inviting you to our AGM where you are able to listen to respected speakers in the area of palliative care and meet with people on their own journey, family members as well professional and non-professional care givers. Members also receive a quarterly newletter. In future our website hopes to feature links that members will find useful.
Our mission is to strive towards achieving comfort and peace for persons across Saskatchewan living and dying with a terminal illness.
a. The Association exists to promote the philosophy and the principles of Palliative care through networking, education, advocacy and research.
b. The Association is committed to education and public awareness of the need of the terminally ill: thus enabling and empowering communities to recognize the values, needs and wishes of persons in all seasons of life.
