Dulcina Hospice focuses on easing the physical, emotional and spiritual distress that often accompany people at the end of life.

Hospice offers a life affirming alternative to hospitalization or dying at home. This specialized health care setting provides 24 hour palliative care to individuals nearing the end of life.

Covenant Care provides holistic, personalized and compassionate care that celebrates life and addresses each resident’s physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. We believe each resident is special, sacred and deserves to be comforted and treated with dignity. Our care teams strive to make this difficult time manageable and meaningful for our residents and their loved ones by providing family-centered care whenever possible and enabling our residents to die with dignity.
