Our programs and services include a clinic, dialysis centre, and in-home nursing as well as private services for clients and the community.
Services are provided in English. The program/service currently serves all ages. The program/service provides support and/or care for Cancer, Cardiovascular Disease, Infectious Diseases (i.e. HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C), Renal Disease, Respiratory Disease, Care for all conditions, Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement, and Emotional/Spiritual Support.
