Become a Last Aid® Facilitator!

Facilitators are asked to commit to volunteering for a minimum of one year and lead a minimum of two course per year. To become a facilitator, you must complete an application, a training course, and abide by the CHPCA volunteer agreements.

Each Last Aid® course requires two facilitators, one clinical and one with lived experience, you will be asked in the application which role you are applying for.

Applications are now open until June 27. To apply:

  1. Review the volunteer Last Aid Facilitator position description
  2. Submit your application by June 27, 2025. You can do this by:
    1. Downloading the application form, filling it out, saving it, and sending it to [email protected]
    2. Completing the online application form.
