Hospice Norwood is fundraising to develop a community residential Hospice that will provide end of life services to individuals and families. Our goal is to establish a 2 suite, welcoming facility in our community which will allow for terminally ill people to receive the best palliative care in a home-like environment. We will provide support for people and families that are bereaved.
