Hospice Lennox and Addington provides palliative care services for those living with a life threatening illness by providing compassionate support to the client and their family. Hospice Lennox & Addington also offers bereavement support for those grieving the loss of a loved one, caregiver support, a lending library of resources on such topics as death, dying and the grieving process, hospital bed and equipment loans. The Douglas Thompson Wish Fund provides assistance to those living with a life threatening illness under the age of 19.
