We provide a palliative care room for end of life care with nursing services and the support of five community volunteers, all of whom are fully trained by the health region.

All Ages

What are your admission/referral criteria?:
We provide end of life care for patients who may have chosen to die at home, but whom, for various reasons, are unable to do so. They are generally within three weeks of the end of their lives.

Your hospice palliative care program/service provides support and/or care for the following:
Care for all conditions
Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement
Emotional/Spiritual Support

We can provide emotional and medical support and comfort for you and your family as your loved one reaches the end of life.
