Conference Cancellation Policy

Full Refund until May 31st, 2023

Refunds will be issued in full for refund requests received on or before May 31st, 2023. On or after June 1st, 2023, partial refunds will be issued. After submitting your refund request in writing by email to [email protected], please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund request.

Partial Refund (with processing fee) until August 31st, 2023

Partial refunds (50%) will be issued for refund requests received from June 1st, 2023, to on or before August 31st, 2023. A $75 processing fee will be deducted from all refunded amounts. On or after September 1st, 2023, no refunds will be issued. After submitting your refund request in writing by email to [email protected], please allow up to ten (10) business days to process your refund request.

No Refund (transfer allowed) on September 1st, 2023 or later

No refunds will be issued for refund requests received on or after September 1st, 2023. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honoured for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may transfer your purchase to another person. If the event is cancelled, all purchases will be refunded in full.

Transfer Requests

A transfer will be issued free of charge for requests received on or before July 31st, 2023. Transfers requests received on August 1st, 2023 or later are subject to a $75 transfer fee. Transfers requested 7 business days or less in advance of the event may result in a delay in accessing participant registration documentation, and additional registration steps may be required onsite; however, we will do our best to accommodate all changes as quickly as possible.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

If the event is rescheduled, registration purchases will be honoured on the new date or will be refunded in full by the CHPCA at their discretion. A full refund will be issued if the event is cancelled.
