Hope, housing, and support for people living with HIV in Ottawa.

Our programs and services include providing transition support and a supportive independent living program. The Transition House provides twenty-four hour care for up to seven men and women at any given time who require extensive physical and/or psychosocial assistance. In the Supportive Independent Living Program (SILP), our focus is on self-determination, working with our residents to decide for themselves what they want and to assist them in seeking it out. We also assist others in accessing alternate secure, affordable and appropriate housing when our program capacity cannot accommodate additional clients.
