Overview of programs and Services:

Volunteers are recruited, screened, trained and mentored to provide Hospice Volunteer Visiting service which offers emotional, practical, social, spiritual, and respite involvement with client and family.

Diagnosed with progressive life limiting illness
PPS 60% or less

Infectious Diseases (ie HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C)
Neurological Disorders
Renal Disease
Respiratory Disease
Care for all conditions
