Services are provided in English. The program/service currently serves all ages. The program/service provides support and/or care for Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement, and Emotional/Spiritual Support.

Self-referral.

How would you answer the following question if asked by a patient, client, resident and/or family? “What can you do for me?”

Hospice Yukon offers lay counseling, healing touch, grief support groups, a lending hand, support, and professional support. Also, four times a year we have public educational workshops. For people in the communities, we offer phone support and can mail out packages.
