Hospice of Charlotte Inc. provides non-medical, practical, and emotional support to terminally ill patients and their families through specially-trained volunteers. Grief support groups meet monthly. A resource library with books, videos and miscellaneous publications on end-of-life care and grief is also available. Children’s books on grief and loss are also available at no cost.
