Community Care’s Hospice staff and volunteers are trained to assist you and your family through your unique situation, whether it be a progressive terminal illness or grieving the death of a loved one. Our focus is to care for the mind, body and spirit by providing a continuum of care, from diagnosis of a life-threatening illness through to bereavement.
