2023 Conference Abstract Acceptance

Please follow these guidelines for the 2023 CHPCA Conference abstract submissions:

1. Each abstract requires a separate form to indicate acceptance or decline for the conference.

2. When submitting the form, make sure to include the Abstract ID provided in the acceptance offer email.

3. It is essential to have all abstracts accepted by September 29, 2023; otherwise, the presentation will be removed from the program.

4. Registration for the presenter(s) of the accepted abstract must be completed by September, 29, 2023.
