The 2025 CHPCA conference runs from Thursday, October 23 until Saturday, October 25. There are optional pre-conference symposium sessions from October 21, through to noon on October 23. Please find links to all of the different program sections below. Some details may change.

Thursday, October 23

Opening day of the 2025 CHPCA conference begins with optional networking sessions at 1:00 PM and ends at 7:30, PM. See the complete schedule for Thursday.

Posters

The Poster exhibit will open on Thursday, October 23 at 4:30 PM. Posters will be on display in Shaw Lobby until 1:45 PM, Saturday, October 25.

Evening of Entertainment

Join us Friday evening on October 24th for dinner followed by Hope, Joy, and Resilience: An evening of Music and Storytelling with Ed & Gail Peekeekoot and Eileen McGann.
